Honey Benton

Honey was born Honoria Millicent Benton but no one would know it. Her nickname Honey suited her to a T though, and well, it stuck! She's sweet, caring and dreamy and is fascinated by the bug world. She's no rough and tumble girl though. She's just as comfortable climbing trees as baking dozens of cupcakes while sporting the latest fashions! A self-confessed water baby, she participates in synchronized swimming. Probably because she's always loved Esther Williams' "Aqua Musical" movies from the 40's and 50's. Thanks to her eccentric dad of course!

She's had a slightly unconventional life having grown up without a mother. Her mom died when Honey was still a baby. This father and daughter combo are incredibly close and they live in what could only be a called a giant tree house with all the mod-cons, designed by her architect dad who is enthusiastic about inventing new things. Often to Honey's detriment! Sometimes it seems like Honey was born with two left feet and butter-fingers because she can be very clumsy.
She's always sporting a new collection of bruises and scratches. Often incurred during an animal rescue! She seems to have a way with animals and insects, and they immediately respond to her.
